Welcome to The Recovery Hub. Our aim is to provide a relaxing, restorative and safe outdoor wellness experience. By making a booking and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the policies, terms and conditions set out below.

The Recovery Hub is a private outdoor wellness experience available for exclusive hire for up to 75 minutes per session.

Facilities include:

• Wood-fired barrel sauna
• Six-person jacuzzi spa
• Two ice barrel cold plunges
• Bucket cold plunge
• Cold showers
• Changing rooms
• Toilet facilities
• Decking and access steps
• Secure code-lock entry
• Emergency safety exit features

Private sessions are available for groups of 2–6 guests. You must not enter or use the facilities alone.

Age Policy

The minimum age for use of The Recovery Hub is 16 years old.

Guests aged 16–17 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times throughout the session.

The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility for the safety, conduct and wellbeing of any guests under the age of 18.

Proof of age may be requested upon arrival.

The Recovery Hub reserves the right to refuse entry where age requirements cannot be verified.

Conduct & Behaviour

We strive to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

• Aggressive or abusive behaviour
• Harassment of staff or other guests
• Dangerous or reckless conduct
• Damage to facilities or equipment
• Failure to comply with safety instructions

The Recovery Hub reserves the right to terminate a session and remove guests from the premises without refund where behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations by Guests

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will be transferred or refunded.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a booked session will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival may reduce your available session time and does not entitle guests to additional time or refunds.

Weather Conditions

As an outdoor facility, we operate in most weather conditions.

However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

• Severe weather
• High winds
• Ice
• Storms
• Any condition that presents a safety risk

Where The Recovery Hub cancels a booking for safety reasons, guests will be offered a rescheduled session or refund.

Personal Property

Guests bring personal belongings entirely at their own risk.

The Recovery Hub accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost items
• Stolen items
• Damaged belongings

Guests are advised not to bring valuables to the site.

Photography & Social Media

Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use.

Any photographs or videos used by The Recovery Hub for marketing purposes will only be used with consent where required.
